The Hydration Nation: Hyper-Hydration vs. Dehydration

20140501“Are you drinking water?” “Drink water!” “Hydrate!” “If you’re thirsty it is too late, you are already dehydrated.”  This craze of hydrate, hydrate, hydrate has gone overboard and could be causing more harm than good.
